Introduction
In my final week, the focus is to produce a presentation that encapsulates my studies throughout the IRP and how that informs the outcomes of the IFP. As well as showcasing my now enhanced skill set, knowledge base, creative process and more.
Independent Study
To formulate assignment 3, I went back over the brief to make a checklist of the requirements in terms of contents and the learning objectives. Under each checklist, I wrote what I wanted to get across to lecturers during the presentation, referring back to my IRP and foreword to help explain the objectives fulfilled during this project. Using this information, I was then able to create a flat plan of the presentation to inform where each of my slides would go in a logical order.

Creating the Presentation
As I did when formulating Assignment 2, I used this flat plan to organise exactly which slides would go where to create the following finalised slide deck:
Rehearsing the Presentation
The main focus of the presentation is to showcase the body of work completed for Assignment 2 alongside other elements from Assignment 1, which will be shown at the graduate exhibition, so this is good practice for speaking to guests there too.

To show how I practised for the presentation in amounting to the 10 minute mark, I did voice notes of some of my attempts. I must be confident in what I have to say to emulate this during a presentation, so lots of practice helps me with this. This practice has consciously enhanced my skills in verbal communication, voice projection, storytelling, critical thinking, active listening, self-awareness, stage presence, confidence, audience engagement and using suitable visual communication techniques through my slides to cater to my audience. By voice recording my presentation, I am able to listen back and correct my faults that I may not have noticed at the present moment. I will continue to rehearse in the lead up to my presentation.

Final Checklist
For clarity of mind, I referred back to my original checklist and calendar created in Week 1, to check off all tasks that had been completed before submission. Additionally, I looked through all previous work during the module to ensure everything had been included.
Key Takeaways
Preparing via recording my presentation attempts allowed me to correct any faults to contribute to a more seamless in-person presentation.
Organising my work in a meticulous and methodical manner has allowed me to bring together all my findings succinctly.
Next Week
I will be presenting on Wednesday at 10:00am where I will ensure to dress professionally and be early at the college so that I am calm and prepared to showcase my work. In the meantime after submission, I will continue to rehearse my presentation.
